Shipping policy

When will my items/package ship? Our normal processing times are 3-5 business days, which means your order will be dropped off at the post office 3-5 business days after you place your orders. Please allow 7-10 business days if you are ordering during a launch day or during the holidays (or for MADE TO ORDER listings). If you are in a hurry for a wedding or event, feel free to message us and we will try to prioritize shipping your order. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at time of checkout.

Do you offer International Shipping? Yes, we ship to various countries worldwide. 

Can I track my order? Yes, you will receive your tracking number after your order is shipped. 

Can I get an invoice for my order? Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice attached to your shipping confirmation email.

Do you offer express shipping? Yes, you can choose express shipping at checkout. 

Lost/Stolen orders: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product. If your package gets lost, it's advisable to contact the carrier to file a claim.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to the sender due to incorrect package/address details, the buyer is responsible for paying the reshipment fees.
