Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons and the handmade nature of our products we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

*If a package is returned to the sender, or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

All items are final sale. If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed.
